NO VISITORS WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. - No additional guests allowed to sleep over on the property including - - The Boshoff and The Boshoff Mini. Should any additional guests be found to have slept over on the property you will be fined at a premium rate of R500 per person per night. - No parties, functions, school or after matric gathering, bachelor/hen parties or any other group related activities are permitted on the premises. - No excessive alcohol is permitted on the property. - Smoking is not allowed inside The Boshoff or inside The Boshoff Mini. If there are any traces, signs or smells indicating that someone was smoking in the house, the deposit will not be refunded, - No loud noise. - No noise after 22h00pm and before 06h00am. - No music allowed to be played in car park or from car speakers. - The house/cottage must be left in the same condition as you found it at the time of check in. If not left in the same condition, the breakage deposit will not be refunded. - A R600 refundable breakage deposit is due in cash upon arrival at check in. The Deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check out should the house be left in the same condition it was found at check in, with no breakages or other issues and all of our terms and conditions adhered to. Group Bookings:- The person making the reservation: -Accepts full responsibility, in his/her personal capacity, for any losses, breakages or damages of any nature occurring to the Holiday Home, or the content thereof, during their stay. -Agrees to convey all of the property's Terms and Conditions to all the members in his/her group, and -Accepts the responsibility to ensure that all members adhere to the stipulations of these Terms and Conditions. -Accepts that the number of people and number of vehicles are in accordance with the property's terms and conditions. The capacity of the house/garden cottage will reflect on your booking form and may not be exceeded. -Right of admission to all properties is reserved. If any person in the group misbehaves to the judgment of the owner of the property, everyone in the group has to leave the premises immediately on request of the owner, without a warning. "
